Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

Ensures cash forecasting and inventory levels meet local needs and fit with in appropriate levels.by determining the daily cash position; analyzing trends using historical data and predictive models; adjusting forecasts over time; monitoring variances and explaining changes; and influencing interest expense forecast models through data-driven insights.

Manages cash logistics for stores and clubs by monitoring industry trends; networking and benchmarking with other retailers; negotiating contracts and amendments; ensuring vendors comply with contractual obligations; sourcing funds during disaster or emergency situations; and approving vendor payments.

Manages initiatives to optimize cash for operations by supporting in-country cash operations teams and ensuring cash procedures align with company initiatives; contributing to strategies that mitigate enterprise risk; supporting cash forecasting processes and tools for stores and clubs; and identifying best practices for cash operations.

Apply data analytics to support cash forecasting and variance analysis, utilizing tools such as Excel (advanced functions), Power BI, and SQL to build dashboards and automate reporting. Candidate will have the ability to interpret large datasets and will help identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform treasury decisions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy, demonstrating continuous learning in digital tools and encouraging team development in analytics capabilities.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
