Position Summary...Join Walmart’s Health and Wellness Growth Partnerships team as a Director of Corporate Strategy, where you’ll help shape the future of healthcare innovation. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, evaluate new growth areas, and influence decisions at the highest levels—all while improving access and outcomes for millions of customers.

What you'll do...Lead select H&W’s Growth Accelerator strategy projects with internal teams and external consultantsEngage cross functional teams to clearly identify the problem to be solved (for the company or customer), the vision to solve it, and the capabilities we need to get there.Build a clear resource request for any missing capabilities (internal or external)In coordination with Finance, conduct financial modeling and risk analysis for new growth initiatives to justify resources needed to deliver the recommendationsDevelop white papers and presentations articulating the above market opportunities and strategic recommendationsTranslate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholdersSupport multiple projects across quarters, reporting directly to the VP

By partnering with internal stakeholders and external innovators, we accelerate strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve care delivery, and expand access to affordable healthcare. This role is central to shaping our long-term vision and execution.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or finance with a focus on healthcare growth initiatives (healthcare white space experience is ideal, not required)Strong skills in strategic storytelling through slides and white papersAdvanced financial modeling and business case development capabilities

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
