What you'll do:
Lead and develop teams by providing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance associate performance.Communicate and collaborate with associates at all levels to support store operations and implement business initiatives.Model and uphold exceptional customer service standards aligned with company service models.Drive financial performance by monitoring profit and loss, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to meet sales and profit goals.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and adaptability to support business objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards while promoting a positive workplace environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
