About the Team:
Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state-of-the-art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including Gallon, Half Gallon, Whole, 2%, 1%, Skim, 1% Chocolate Milk, and Cream for Walmart's Great Value and Sam's Club's Member's Mark brands. This new facility represents Walmart's commitment to building a more resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high-quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi.
What You’ll Do
Maintaining certification records due to governmental requirements for associates at the manufacturing facility
Ensures certifications are acquired by associates as necessary
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting business initiatives, and driving accountability to achieve results.
Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition, while fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and values by implementing action plans and providing guidance on business practices.
Implement and manage training programs at the facility level, sharing best practices across the network and supporting cross-functional teams.
Lead change management initiatives by aligning stakeholders, communicating change strategies, and ensuring successful program execution.
Provide leadership to project teams, establish KPIs for change programs, and ensure consistent messaging and communication across initiatives.
Actively contribute to the facility leadership team by coaching others, modeling change management behaviors, and driving operational excellence.
Collaborate with facility and corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives and support enterprise-wide goals.
Coordinate and maintain training materials, support compliance with training requirements, and leverage internal resources for effective delivery.
Guide leadership development and hourly associate training programs, ensuring effectiveness, tracking progress, and aligning with implementation strategies.
Promote associate engagement through learning opportunities, cross-training, and effective workload management to meet project deadlines.
Lead support operations by promoting safety, maintaining equipment, and ensuring procedural compliance in daily operations.

Work hours:
The standard work hours will be Monday- Friday from 7am- 4pm. This role requires schedule flexibility to support team and operational needs. We value adaptability and a willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
