Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in transition manufacturing processes, is seeking a Process Operator/Crane to join their team. As a Process Operator/Crane, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Process Operator/Crane
**Location: Charlotte, NC**
**Pay Range:** $22.00 per hour
**Shift:** Friday - Sunday, 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up and operate automated manufacturing equipment across multiple phases of transition manufacturing
+ Interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications to perform machining operations accurately
+ Utilize material handling devices such as cranes and forklifts to load and unload parts
+ Perform minor equipment maintenance, including changing nozzles and verifying oil levels
+ Maintain detailed records of operations and assist quality teams with measurements and testing
**What's Needed?**
+ 2 to 4 years of experience with manufacturing processes, especially working with stainless alloys
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints, metrology, and visual weld inspection
+ Ability to interpret electrical schematics and use precision measuring devices
+ Certification in forklift, crane operation, and LPI preferred
+ Strong computer skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
