Our client, a global industrial technology and supply chain organization, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II to join their team. As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II, you will be part of the Supply Chain organization supporting Strategic Sourcing and Commodity Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a strategic business mindset, and high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist II
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Pay Range: $35 – $42 per hour

What’s the Job? Lead commodity negotiations and manage supplier relationships Draft, review, and manage contracts and sourcing documentation in collaboration with Legal teams Prepare and submit compliance documentation and sourcing packages Manage RFQs, supplier data, and SAP updates related to pricing and contracts Support strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business and AOP goalsWhat’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management Strong negotiation skills and strategic business mindset Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracyWhat’s in it for me?
