Our client, a leading aerospace and advanced manufacturing organization, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain / Sourcing organization supporting aerospace manufacturing and procurement programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sourcing Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Range: $40 – $50/hour

What’s the Job? Support sourcing managers with regional sourcing projects and site-specific plans Prepare and submit compliance packages, contract amendments, and NDAs Manage RFQs/RFIs and support supplier transitions and sourcing initiatives Maintain and update SAP and contract management systems Support procure-to-pay processes and resolve supplier or PO issuesWhat’s Needed? Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset Strong collaboration and communication skillsWhat’s in it for me?
