Our client, a **leading aerospace and advanced manufacturing organization** , is seeking a **Sourcing Specialist** to join their team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the **Global Supply Chain / Sourcing organization** supporting **aerospace manufacturing and procurement programs** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills** , **excellent attention to detail** , and **the ability to manage multiple priorities** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sourcing Specialist
**Location:** Tempe, AZ
**Pay Range:** $40 – $50/hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Support sourcing managers with regional sourcing projects and site-specific plans
+ Prepare and submit compliance packages, contract amendments, and NDAs
+ Manage RFQs/RFIs and support supplier transitions and sourcing initiatives
+ Maintain and update SAP and contract management systems
+ Support procure-to-pay processes and resolve supplier or PO issues
**What’s Needed?**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or related fields
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills
