**We are looking for IT Help Desk**
**C** ontract Position – Various Shifts Available
**Pay Rate:** $18-20/hr
**Overview:**
We are seeking up to **8 candidates** to join our team on a 12-month contract, with potential extension up to 24 months based on business needs and individual performance. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring some in-office presence for certain shifts, with other shifts fully remote.
**Interview Process:**
+ 1st round: Virtual interview via Hireflix
+ 2nd round: Live interview via In-Person for selected candidates
**Work Shifts & Schedule:**
+ **Shift 1:** 2:00 AM ET – 10:00 AM ET | Monday-Friday | Off: Saturday, Sunday
+ **Shift 2:** 2:00 AM ET – 10:00 AM ET | Monday-Friday | Off: Saturday, Sunday
+ **Shift 3:** 6:00 AM ET – 2:00 PM ET | Sunday-Thursday | Off: Friday, Saturday
+ **Shift 4:** 12:00 PM ET – 8:00 PM ET | Monday-Friday | Off: Saturday, Sunday
+ **Shift 5:** 1:00 PM ET – 9:00 PM ET | Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun | Off: Thurs, Fri
+ **Shift 6:** 4:00 PM ET – 12:00 AM ET | Monday-Friday | Off: Saturday, Sunday
+ **Shift 7:** To Be Determined
+ **Shift 8:** To Be Determined
**Breaks:** All shifts include paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch.
**Position Details:**
+ Contract Length: 12 months (with possibility to extend up to 24 months)
+ Work Model: Hybrid (some shifts require in-office presence)
+ For certain shifts: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week
+ Off-hours shifts: 100% remote work
+ Work hours/days may change based on business needs
