US - Sr Learning Specialist
Our clientis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Specialist to lead the design and delivery of instructional content for a high-impact global process initiative. **Job Title: Sr. Learning Specialist** **Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid, on-site 3 days/week)** **Pay Range: $70-73 per hour** **What’s the Job?** + Serve as the lead designer for web-based training and microlearning assets, including (but not limited to) job aids, learning guides, and instructional videos + Partner with Lean Six Sigma process engineering teams to translate complex process knowledge into engaging, learning content for the enterprise-wide workforce + Follow established protocols to ensure timely, high-quality course creation and deployment + Support the rollout and ongoing management of learning programs, ensuring seamless learner experiences and operational efficiency **What’s Needed?** + Proven experience designing digital learning solutions, with a strong portfolio of web-based courses and microlearning content + Ability to distill complex technical and process information into clear, actionable learning experiences for diverse audiences + Skilled in navigating large corporate environments, managing stakeholder expectations, and aligning learning solutions with business objectives + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey learning objectives and instructional strategies clearly + Advanced proficiency in Articulate Rise and related tools for creating instructional videos, graphics, and interactive learning content If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
