The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions, and a solid understanding of Agile Scrum practices. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum). + Proficiency in C# and .NET (including .NET Core/.NET 6+). + Strong understanding of software design patterns (Factory, Repository, Mediator, etc.). + Experience with event-driven and asynchronous programming. + Familiarity with dependency injection and inversion of control (IoC). + Solid knowledge of cryptographic certificates and security standards. + Proficient in writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing for MSSQL Server. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (SQS, Lambda, HSM, S3) or Azure. + Experience in Java programming. + Familiarity with PRISM tools. + Experience in technical mentoring and code reviews. + Strong self-management and ownership of feature delivery. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and maintain software solutions from the ground up. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment. + Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. + Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of software products. + Communicate design proposals and technical decisions effectively to stakeholders.
