As the US Asset Management Operations Service Delivery Team Lead, you will serve as a vital resource for Asset Management Operations, the front office and client-facing stakeholders. You will act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and operations. 

Job responsibilities

Lead the US RIO Service & Delivery TeamProvide comprehensive trade flow support across all global product channelsMonitor and address ongoing support needs to manage changes and close gapsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk throughout the trade processManage governance and oversight change projectsFacilitate training sessions for new application usersCollaborate with business, technology, and operations to set priorities and plan releasesDefine requirements for future enhancements and new productsRespond to ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office teamsValidate invoices from the Administration Agreement providerProvide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Broad interest in the financial services industryCommercially astuteIn-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies 2 Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism Attention to detail with good written, verbal, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking
