Our client, a global industrial technology and engineering leader, is seeking a Research & Development Engineer to join their team. As a Research & Development Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering organization supporting R&D and Innovation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Research & Development Engineer
Location: Des Plaines, IL (Onsite – 50 East Algonquin Road)
Pay Range: $35/hour

What’s the Job? Conduct research and development activities aligned with organizational objectives Design and execute experiments using established research methodologies Analyze, summarize, and document research results Communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders Support innovation through creative problem-solving and continuous improvementWhat’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (graduate degree may be required for some projects) 0–2 years of experience in Research & Development or a related engineering role Experience applying research theories, principles, and models Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment, creativity, and problem-solving abilitiesWhat’s in it for me?
