Our client, a leader in manufacturing is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have self motivation, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: South Bend, IN

Pay Range: $80-83/hr

 

What’s the Job?

Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and priorities. Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve them. Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute project activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. Monitor program performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and report on program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. 

What’s Needed?

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. 6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership. Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall.
