Our client, a leader in the technology and communications industry, is seeking a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1 to join their team. As a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting Video Conferencing and Network Services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1
**Location:** Neenah, WI
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide Level 1 technical support to customer end users for video conferencing and related systems.
+ Support customer end users with user training for self-scheduling conferences and launching video calls.
+ Assist customers in scheduling and launching video conference calls efficiently.
+ Open incident tickets for incidents and maintain customer incident management and CMDB systems.
+ Support onsite video MACD requests, including installing and removing video equipment as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in technical support or related field, preferably with video conferencing systems.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network and video equipment.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
+ Willingness to perform onsite support and travel as required.
