What's the Job?
Provide onsite technical service for commercial and industrial digital printing presses. Utilize electromechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Offer input on operational methods and programs impacting business management strategy in the assigned geographic area. Apply knowledge of electrophotography within the printing industry to support customer needs. Participate in onsite training for customers to help achieve business growth and operational goals.What's Needed?
Proven experience in field technical service for commercial printing presses or color copiers. Strong electromechanical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
