Our client, a leading Life Sciences company, is seeking a Chemistry Expert to join their team. As a Chemistry Expert, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting analytical testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and self-motivation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chemistry Expert 

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $24.67 – $33.46/ hr

What’s the Job?

Perform analytical testing using methods such as IR, pH, TLC, solubility, and other wet chemistry techniques.

Execute validation protocols and compendial testing methods (USP/EP/JP).

Review analytical data and conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy.

Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.

Maintain proper laboratory safety, documentation practices (GDP), and data integrity.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Life Science with a minimum of 5 years of lab experience, or Associate degree with 10+ years of lab experience.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office/365 and general lab instrumentation.

Strong critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of GMP laboratory standards, cGMP/ISO9001/14001/45001 management systems.
