Join our team for a short-term project focused on cleaning out bins while they are inverted. This opportunity is expected to last a month, with potential for extension. The role involves both teamwork and individual initiative, requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
ResponsibilitiesWork as a team member, motivating others to function as a team.Maintain strong communication with supervisors and team members.Ensure housekeeping of the grounds complies with government and company standards.Commit to achieving a zero injury culture by understanding and following company safety procedures.Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.Demonstrate self-starting abilities and high initiative.Lift at least fifty (50) pounds and more when necessary; perform tasks such as walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, grasping, pushing, and pulling various tools.Comply with company policies and safety regulations.Show willingness to work overtime, irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as required.Clean sheds by sweeping and shoveling grain off the ground.Essential SkillsAbility to take direction and assist team members.Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels and brooms.Experience in general labor, production, and warehouse operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic computer skills with at least 6 months of experience.Mechanical aptitude with at least 6 months of experience.Some manufacturing or agricultural experience is preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
