Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Urgent Care physician to join its team in Fullerton, California. You will be part of a strong, mission-driven organization that features a well-established and collegial team consisting of 6 physicians, 1 nurse practitioner and 4 physician assistants. Additionally, this role involves 3, 12-hour shifts each week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest non-profit medical organizations on the West Coast while enjoying a balanced schedule that allows you to take full advantage of living in beautiful southern California. * 3, 12-hour shift schedule; 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with shortened holiday hours and 3 weekend days a month * Outpatient care only * No call * New graduates are welcome to apply * 2-year partnership track * Excellent benefits; Medical, Disability, Retirement, CME * Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance * Guaranteed salary and annual bonus program * Position eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) * Compensation is between $250,000 and $370,982 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
