At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated caregivers to provide care for a married couple client in Humble, TX (77346). This position is for day shifts, Monday through Friday, usually between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and involves providing basic care and companionship. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors who need reliable day-to-day support. Responsibilities: * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide basic daily living assistance, including medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. * Provide care and support to a married couple in their home. * Monitor and track client well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation, including driving the clients to appointments using the client’s vehicle. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities. * Follow all safety and infection control protocols. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure quality care. Requirements: * Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting. * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required. * Must be comfortable driving clients using their vehicle. * Ability to pass a background check and reference check. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients.
