Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
The Productivity Coordinator will analyze and report on metrics of the DC business including productivity, throughput and incentive system metrics across the North American network. Position will work closely with the Operations and Engineering team on maintaining production standards, developing reports, pulling data, and validating incentive system data.
Role Responsibilities Analyzes and reports metric data for the distribution and fulfillment center daily activitiesUnderstand and utilizes Labor Management, Kronos and WM data for metric reportingValidates all Kronos punches to ensure times are fed into LMValidates WM data feeds in LM including throughput and user detailsIdentifies and corrects any errors or reprocessing issues on the LM interfaceUnderstands pay per performance program and utilizes LM to report on metricsProcesses incentive data weekly to meet payroll submittal deadlines Generate incentive payout communication for distribution to the operations teamBe the point of contact for all LM questions pertaining to performance, throughput and incentiveEnters and updates user info in Labor Management systemPinpoint new opportunities for LM tracking within the warehouseAnalyze and validate data in LPR dailyMonitor and report on training, productivity, and accuracy of new hiresAll other duties assigned by Supervisor and or Manager#INDOTHER
