Maintenance Technician

ResponsibilitiesAssist the production team with setups and changeovers, providing operational support as needed.Execute a preventative maintenance schedule for machines and facilities equipment using the Fiix CMMS system.Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize production disruptions and maximize uptime.Utilize preventative maintenance techniques to detect future malfunctions and diagnose issues.Install new or repaired parts following specifications and blueprints.Maintain accurate records of issues and maintenance activities using the CMMS.Troubleshoot PLC's and maintain conveyorsPerform assembly, repairs, and maintenance using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic presses, shears, and welding equipment.Work Environment

Small production facility. The position offers 3rd Shift hours from 10pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Friday, with optional work on Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position near Muskego, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.50/hr.
