**About the Role**
Execute strategies that drive the hiring of interns and New Grads across Uber's organizations. The right person for this role will love connecting with students to excite them about the work, culture, and impact of Uber while also establishing trust with business partners of various levels to advise on standard methodologies that result in making strong university hires.
A successful person in this role will utilize their business acumen and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to influence multiple partners and hire top diverse talent in a fast-paced environment.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
- Builds partnerships with students to build key talent segments to build ready now and future ready talent pipelines. Uses market insights and historic data to predict conversion rates and anticipated time to hire.
- Partner with hiring teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick-off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email)
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates, including both internship and full-time opportunities.
- Represent Uber at student hiring events, webinars, and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our early careers programs.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Early Careers space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
- **Strong stakeholder management** and relationship-building abilities.
- **Data-driven mindset:** able to provide insights and expertise to hiring managers and support decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
- **Naturally curious and innovative** – constantly seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhance outcomes through creative thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in English and fluent Spanish.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
