Collegiate Sports Primary Functions:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment of prospective student-athletes; team travel planning and coordination; NCAA record keeping and compliance; assisting with practice planning, scheduling, training, and match preparation; video breakdown and analysis; budget preparation and adherence; academic mentoring of student-athletes; player development and supervision; apparel and laundry coordination; and other duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach.
Compensation:
Stipend, tuition, room & board/meals, and books are included. Additional on-campus employment opportunities available to supplement income, along with camps and clinics.
Graduate Studies:
Candidates must be accepted into and enrolled in either the Master’s in Business Administration or Master’s in Strategic Leadership program at the University of Charleston.

Required: Bachelor's degree. Competitive collegiate playing experience. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Strong organizational, oral, written, and computer communication skills. Certification in CPR, First-Aid, and AED (can be attained before start date).
