**About the** **Role:**
As a CBRE Union Lead Maintenance, you will oversee the team responsible for performing general repairs to the facility.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What** **You’ll** **Do:**
+ Performgeneralplumbing,electrical,andheating,ventilation,andairconditioningHVACrepairstothefacility’sequipment and systems.
+ Inspectequipmentandsystemstoidentifyproblemsorissues.
+ Consultblueprintsorbuildingplanstoidentifythebestsolutiontoresolvesystemsorequipmentissues
+ Conductpreventivemaintenancetoensurethatplumbing,electrical,andHVACsystemscontinueoperatingproperly.
+ Obtainservicesfromoutsidecontractorswhenrepairsrequirespecializedtraining.
+ Applygeneralknowledgeof standardprinciplesand techniques/procedurestoaccomplish assignedtasksandsolve routine problems.
+ Haveabroadknowledgeofownjobdisciplineandsomeknowledgeofseveraljobdisciplineswithinthefunction.
+ Leadbyexample andmodelbehaviorsthatare consistentwith CBRERISEvalues.May convincetoreach anagreement.
+ Impactthequalityofownworkandtheworkofothersontheteam.
+ Workprimarilywithinstandardizedproceduresandpracticestoachieveobjectivesandmeet deadlines
+ Explaincomplexinformationtoothersinstraightforwardsituations.
**What** **You’ll** **Need:**
+ HighSchoolDiploma,GED,ortradeschooldiplomawith3-4yearsofjob-relatedexperience.Inlieuofadiploma,acombinationofexperienceandeducationwillbeconsidered.
+ Meetthephysicalrequirementsofthisroleincludingstooping,standing,walking,climbingstairs/ladders,andtheabilitytolift/carryheavyloadsof50lbs.ormore.
+ Understandingof existing proceduresandstandardstosolve slightly complexproblems.
+ Abilitytoanalyzepossiblesolutionsusingtechnicalexperiencetoapplyappropriatejudgmentandprecedents.
+ In-depthknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook,etc.
+ Strongorganizational skillswith aninquisitivemindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Union Lean Maintenance position is $28 per hour and the maximum salary is $31.15 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
