**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Union HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort. This role includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and warranty services while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
**Schedule** : M-F 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
**What You’ll Do**
•Inspect and identify maintenance risks on HVAC equipment.
•Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
•Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
•Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems and components.
•Maintain accurate daily logs and detailed service records.
•Ensure compliance with safety standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
•Collaborate with on-site customers, subcontractors, and team members.
•Balance air and water treatment systems according to HVAC protocols.
•Provide general maintenance and repair of HVAC controls and components.
**What You’ll Need**
•Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
•High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification; equivalent experience considered.
•Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician with a willingness to continue education.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Strong understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
•Working knowledge of boiler systems.
•Proficiency in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment.
•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
•Preferred Certifications: CFC Certification.

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $36.05/hr, and the maximum salary for this position is $37.85/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
