**About the Role:** As a CBRE Union Engineer, you will be a part of a teamresponsible for a buildings mechanical & HVAC systems equipment operationand maintenance. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Servicesjob function. They are responsible for providing support, preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Have thorough knowledge of the building’s mechanical,HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure and operations. + Perform maintenance and repairs of all equipmentincidental to the operation of the building mechanical and HVAC systems + Perform general labor work as assigned includingreceiving deliveries, loading, unloading, moving materials, and putting awaystock. + This includes, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and painting. + Perform or oversee building checks of mechanicalareas and logging conditions during daily rounds. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of ownjob discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within thefunction. + Lead by example and model behaviors that areconsistent with CBRE RISE values. In lieu of a diploma, acombination of experience and education will be considered.
