Union Data Center Maintenance Technician ICT Svc Delivery
**About the Role:** As a CBRE Union ICT Service Delivery Technician, you will provide essential on-site support for ICT and Engineering services within the Data Center environment. This position is on-site in Lynnwood, WA. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of critical client environments. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance. + Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment. + React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed. + Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations. + Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn’t meet all requirements per the Master Service Agreement. + Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment. + Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems. + Building walkthroughs, taking meter readings from Primary Switchgear, UPS, PDUs, utilities, and Chillers Systems. + Provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects. + Complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures. Follow all safety processes and requirements and ensure all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met. Conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records. + Receive, review, and complete IT equipment installation, relocation, and decommission requests within specified timeframes and to industry standards. + Provide problem-solving support, including server reboots, backups, and visual inspections. + Escort third-party engineers and ensure their compliance with site standards. + Receive, respond, and assign break and fix tickets within the agreed timeframe or escalate if unresolved. + Ensure on-site documentation, including work-related standard operating procedures, are created, reviewed, and updated whenever there is an instruction or process change. + Receive, assess, and complete patching and de-patching requests. + Develop a good working relationship with all members of staff and client representatives. + Ensure a safe and healthy working environment while maintaining a professional image. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. + Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures/processes under close supervision and guidance. + Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. + In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Valid driver's license required. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
