**What You’ll Do:**
· Installation/decommissioningof network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.
· Deliversustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.
· Providestructured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.
· Exhibitquality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness.
· Followall production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.
· Collaboratewith various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
· Readingand comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work.
· Broadunderstanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
**What You’ll Need:**
· Knowledgeand use of basic telecom hand tools.
· Mustunderstand customer service.
· Clearedunderstanding of job safety requirements.
· Shouldbe familiar on wiring schemes and wiring test.
· Reportsto Operations Manager and take daily directions from Technician, Technician II,Lead Technicians, Senior Technicians and Advance Senior Technicians.
· Perform4 pair continuity testing
· Pullall types of low voltage cable including copper telecom cable
· Performingall types of copper field terminations
· Installladder racking and seismic bracing
· Patchnetwork equipment
· Readand Understand Port Maps/Matrices
· Readand understand job floor plan and TC drawings
· Shouldunderstand and be capable in performing field terminations and labeling.
· InstallCopper and Fiber Cabling and labeling
· AffixingLabels to cabling and Power Cords
· Affixbar coding to equipment
· Affixfree printed label
· Cutand install threaded rod
· Cutand install Uni-strut
· Cutand install fiber trough
· Create/testBonding whips, straps, and connections
· Understandthe basics of \"FIM\" and operate scanner
· Installand test coax cabling (series 6 & 11)
· InstallOSP cables through conduits and maintenance
· Installpull strings through conduits, in ceilings
· InstallISP cables through conduits, in ceilings,
· Installbox eliminators (mud rings) in drywall
· Howto install/maintain firestopping
· Understanding/Usageof fiber types (SM/MM/Ribbon)
· Installand Service Network Equipment
· InstallISP/OSP into cable enclosures (OSE)

What You’ll Need
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
+ Experience in at least two engineering design cycles including specification,componentselectionand programming.
+ 2+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs.
+ 2+ years of experience with robotics system components and controls.
+ 2+ years of experience with SCADA systems.
+ Ability to be available andworka flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
+ Ability to independently solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations with limited to no oversight.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performanceexpectationsand handle problems. Preferred Qualifications
+ 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Control Systems troubleshooting/ programming.
+ Experience supporting a range of different conveyors and sortation systems.
+ Experience with robotic maintenance.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with astronginquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. CBRE Employee Benefits

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the HR/People Business Partner position is $120,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
