**About the Role:**
CBRE is seeking a skilled and dedicated Union Mobile Engineer to join our team, providing critical technical support to a major telecommunications client. This is a mobile role, requiring travel to various client sites. You will be provided with a company van, tools, uniforms, iPhone, and iPad to ensure your success in this position.
As a CBRE Union Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for maintaining and calibrating essential equipment and systems. You will provide crucial support, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure the reliable operation of our client’s telecommunications infrastructure.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service issues and equipment failures.
+ Address and resolve significant network problems impacting multiple business locations, major network elements, or site outages.
+ Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of all required documentation.
+ Maintain and adhere to routine maintenance schedules, system configurations, and technical reference materials.
+ Participate in user training sessions related to system and application updates and enhancements. Develop and maintain training documentation.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to address complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach and mentor colleagues, sharing in-depth knowledge of your job discipline and a broad understanding of related disciplines.
+ Lead by example, demonstrating behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and influence others to reach agreements.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, and service activities within your team and related teams.
+ Work within established guidelines and policies.
+ Clearly and effectively communicate complex or sensitive information.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant job experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a diploma.
+ Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred.
+ Must meet the physical demands of the role, including but not limited to: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to exercise sound judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to approach existing solutions with a fresh perspective.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Warehouse & Mail Supervisor position is $27.00 per hour and the maximum is $30.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
