**Who will you be working with?**
You will join the **Global IT Digital Workplace (DWP)** team, collaborating with UEM specialists, Service Delivery, DEX teams, and IT Security to manage enterprise macOS and Windows environments and ensure seamless integration with corporate systems.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a **UEM Administrator** , you will serve as the SME for macOS within Wabtec, focusing on Intune and Apple device management. You will ensure security compliance, optimize user experience, and drive innovation in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) practices.
**What do we want to know about you?**
**Required:**
+ **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
+ **5+ years of experience** in IT endpoint management or macOS administration.
+ Expertise in macOS device management and Intune configuration.
+ Experience in creating software packages in various device management platforms
+ Knowledge of identity management (Azure AD, Okta) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
**Preferred:**
+ **Master’s degree** in Information Systems or Technology Management.
+ Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional.
+ Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) and ITIL for service management.
+ Experience in hybrid environments (macOS + Windows).
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS devices, peripherals, and applications.
+ Administer Apple devices via Intune and Apple Business Manager
+ Configure and deploy macOS devices using automated provisioning workflows.
+ Deploy software to MacOS devices.
+ Maintain compliance with security and encryption standards (FileVault, MDM, Intune policies).
+ Collaborate with IT Security and DEX teams to improve end-user experience and drive innovation.
+ Develop reporting capabilities in Tanium or Intune; manage DWP projects involving macOS.
+ Assist with other DWP activities and initiatives such as Windows deployments via Tanium, Monitoring DEX via Nexthink, and others.
**Work Environment**
Work is predominately performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to be in a seated position for long periods of time. Occasional off-hours work may be required to support projects and initiatives.
