Our client, an insurance company located in Needham, is seeking an Underwriting Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This hybrid role has hours from 8:30AM-5:30PM and offers free onsite parking. It is compensating up to $31 an hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the underwriting team, including case setup and database managementPrepare, process, and track life insurance applications and underwriting documentationRequest and follow up on medical records, prescription checks, exams, and reportsSubmit underwriting files to insurance carriers and track informal offersManage document filing, data entry, invoicing, and policy delivery packagesCoordinate FedEx shipments and assist with case transitions to client services
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferredHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to meet deadlines, follow defined processes, and manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and SalesforceSelf-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processesA1441291B_1768241591 To Apply for this Job Click Here
