Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Unblinded Senior Clinical Trial Manager with a strong background in Clinical Trial Management and Clinical Research Associate monitoring experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in rare diseases, particularly in neurology, although this is secondary to unblinded experience. This role requires a professional who is comfortable working in a high-profile study, taking a leadership role, and collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage clinical trials with a focus on unblinded CTM or CRA monitoring.Collaborate closely with another Senior CTM to manage a large number of sites.Provide regular updates to the Clinical Project Leader (CPL) and take initiative to offer solutions.Work confidently and professionally, frequently interacting with other departments.Participate actively in team meetings throughout the week.Balance individual tasks with teamwork, ensuring efficient study management.

Essential Skills

8+ years of experience in Clinical Trial Management (CTM).5+ years of consultant experience.Strong unblinded CTM or CRA monitoring experience.Experience in rare disease studies, particularly in neurology.Ability to work 'in the weeds' rather than just oversight, even at the director level.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Willingness to travel 1 to 2 times per month in 2026, with reduced travel in 2027, both domestically and internationally.

Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing flexibility to work across Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) zones.The role requires working under a 1099 contract.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140.00 - $155.00/hr.
