UKG WFM Support - Absence Module

Work You'll Do

As a UKG WFM Absence Support Specialist, you will:

Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues related to the UKG WFM Absence module, ensuring timely and effective solutionsAct as a subject matter expert for the Absence module, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clientsAssist in the configuration and customization of the Absence module, including policies, workflows, and reportingIdentify areas for improvement within the Absence module and recommend enhancements to optimize user experience and system efficiencyEnsure integration and functionality of the Absence module within the broader WFM systemHandle escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, documenting and ensuring quality control of resolutionsDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQsThe Team

Required Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutionsExperience with UKG WFM Absence module functionalities, configurations, and best practicesMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs, which may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travelMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the futureBachelor’s degree required; preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent work experiencePreferred QualificationsUKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM CertifiedKnowledge of integrations involving UKG WFM and other HR or payroll systemsKnowledge of change management and process improvement methodologiesRecruiting for this role will end on May 18th, 2025.
