Overview Lead the development & execution of branded campaign assets for instore, online and offsite supporting the team to deliver holistic shopper experience driving visibility & conversion of Pepsico activations. Successful performance in the role is measured by the timely delivery of campaign assets and driving efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end creation of Omnichannel snacks and eCommerce grains marketing assets across Instore & Online. Manage relationships with customer accounts design functions to ensure all assets are created within Pepsico KV guidelines and retailor templates. Collaborate with the Omnichannel Marketing Teams to ensure all artwork assets are created and delivered on time. Manage day-to-day relationships with internal design and marketing teams. Brief & oversee all digital media creation, working with our in-house creative team to ensure effective prioritisation and timely delivery of assets. Ensuring all onsite media is optimised and is on-brand. Drive efficiency and process implementation through cross collaboration and project management, utilising Monday.com. Build strong relationships with cross functional teams internally & externally, eg Omni Marketing & Brand Marketing. Manage artwork sign offs with 3rd party partners & retailers. Attend Omnichannel Marketing Team meetings & Relevant Customer meetings. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in creative content production as senior project/account manager, ideally with experience in similar Inhouse Production/Content development studios on a Client’s side or bigger Production Houses mandatory. Solid project & time management skills – ability to multi-task & manage several diverse stakeholders internally and externally. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Strong understanding of creative ideas developement and trends within creative concepts. Experience in multiple projects management of different scale within tight timings and resources. Essential: Strong team player. Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Highly organized (super strong traffic/project management skills!) and responsive. Extreme attention to detail, process oriented and meticulous data-driven nature. Result-oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills. Ready to take ownership and manage critical situations.
