**Job Title: UD Line Machine Operator**
Job Description

Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate all UD equipment, including creel, chemical mixing, and UD line.
+ Mix water-based chemicals while adhering to safe work practices.
+ Visually inspect products during the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and meet customer specifications.
+ Transfer products to the next process using hoists and/or pallet jacks.
+ Identify and repair machine malfunctions and troubleshoot problems, seeking additional support when needed.
+ Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
+ Enter data into the ERP system.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in machine operation, including setup and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in operating equipment such as creel and UD line.
+ Ability to perform basic preventive maintenance.
+ Competence in data entry into ERP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience as a Belt Laminator Operator, focusing on basic machine setup and computer skills.
+ Experience as a Cross Ply Operator, requiring machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

Work Environment
The UD Line Operator position offers 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, with openings on the day shift from 7 am to 7 pm. Training for any night shifts will take place on the day shift for 6-8 weeks. The facility is very clean and climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.27 - $22.27/hr.
