In this internship, you will play a hands-on role in advancing clinical insights and supporting strategic initiatives that help us improve dental health outcomes. Your contributions may include: + Supporting clinical research projects that shape our coverage positions and influence care guidelines. + Reviewing and updating Clinical Position Papers through literature reviews of scientific publications, clinical standards, and organizational policies. + Drafting clear, evidence-based summaries and recommendations that contribute to team decision-making. + Partnering with Dental Clinical Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, Network Management, and Competitive Intelligence to learn how clinical expertise drives strategy. + Developing new or revised Clinical Position Papers informed by scientific evidence and professional guidelines. + Presenting your findings to the Dental Clinical team to build shared understanding and support final position development. + Contributing to additional clinical or operational projects as needed. + Other related projects or tasks may be assigned as needed. **Qualifications** Candidate must be currently enrolled in a 1st year dental program. **Schedule** You must be available to work a 35-hour work week for 8 weeks beginning June 8, 2026.
