**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As an EKG Tech, you will play a crucial role in cardiovascular diagnostics by performing electrocardiograms to assist physicians in identifying and evaluating heart conditions. You will operate specialized equipment to record the electrical activity of the heart. Every day you will interact directly with patients, explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and accurately attaching electrodes for precise EKG readings. You will manage patient information, maintain equipment, and prepare results for physician review, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional precision in EKG procedures, a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, and medical terminology. + Demonstrates proficient clerical skills and CRT skills. + Maintains a positive environment within the unit.
