HE Product Marketing, Operations & Analytics team is seeking an experienced TV/AV finance professional with 3+ years of finance and forecasting. This position will work closely with cross functional teams.

Role and Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct TV/AV forecasting processes: in-depth raw data preparation, system entry, and analysis of monthly forecast vs last TP/MP.Submit TV/AV final forecasting numbers (Gross Revenue & Sales Deduction) to NERP SystemReview and submit Sales Deduction conditions to support sales and promotion objectives – TV Walmart, Sam’s & Target roadmap, AV National promotions, Bundle promotionsSupport TV/AV month-end closing process collaborating with Finance & BM TeamSimulate forecasting & closing P&L for profit managementManage daily invoices for operating expenses and support PUMI submission per SEA policyCreate related financial report for detailed analyticsAssist in ad-hoc requests and various operational activitiesOther duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/FinanceA minimum of 3 years of experience relevant work experience in finance and forecasting.Advanced Excel skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyAccurate and timely analysis working with large multi-variable data setsAbility to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and manage one’s time

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $85,000 and $92,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
