Job Title: Turret Operator Pay: $27-33

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Turret Operator to join our team at a precision job shop. This position involves operating Strippet Turret machines, learning setups, and ensuring the production of high-quality sheet metal parts.

Responsibilities

Operate Strippet Turret machines and participate in the setup process.Utilize Fanuc controls to set parameters and run programs efficiently.Read and interpret blueprints, utilizing GD&T for tolerances and inspections.Load and unload large stacks of sheet metal into machines and stack finished products.Perform grinding and deburring of sheet metal as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience with sheet metal fabrication and turret press operation.Proficiency in operating turret and punch press machines.Experience with precision machining and handling very thin gauge parts.Minimum of 2 years of experience setting up a wide variety of parts on any brand of turret.GD&T and blueprint reading experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Experience in a precision machining environment is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
