Job Title: Turret Operator

Overview:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Turret Operators for a contract-to-hire opportunity in a high-volume, climate-controlled distribution environment. This role is responsible for operating turret trucks to manage inventory across high-bay racking systems and cold storage conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate turret trucks to pick and store products in high-bay rack systemsUtilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory accuratelyLoad and unload pallets while preserving product integrityPerform daily equipment inspections and report issues to supervisionMaintain safety and cleanliness in cold storage areas ranging from -10°F to 40°FCollaborate with team members and follow productivity goalsAdhere to safety, sanitation, and operational protocols at all times

Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years or olderMust have reliable transportationWillingness to complete a post-offer drug screeningAbility to start work within one to two weeks preferredPrevious experience with turret trucks or high-bay inventory systems prefered but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
