As a Turret Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating turret machines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate turret machines. + Use micrometers and calipers to ensure precision. + Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines. + Work from blueprints to execute fabrication tasks. + Interpret data from the CMM and manual measurements, adjusting machining processes as needed to meet compliance standards. + Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, with assistance for heavier loads. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers. + Experience in machine operation and turret setup. + A minimum of 3 years experience running a punch press. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with CNC, press brake, and laser operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of experience setting up a Brake Press. + Programming and fabrication skills. **Why Work Here?** The company offers an employee-centric environment with a range of benefits, including a company stock program, flexible schedules, and a clean, temperature-controlled shop.
