**Job Title: Tube Mill Operator** Job Description We are seeking dedicated Tube Mill Operators to join our team in Mansfield. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-4 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, who possess basic troubleshooting skills, can read setup sheets, and have the ability to use measuring tools effectively. Candidates should be committed to safety, comfortable working in a team as well as independently, and open to training. Responsibilities + Operate tube mill machinery efficiently and safely. + Read and interpret setup sheets for daily production runs. + Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on tube mill machinery. + Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures to ensure product quality. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. + Independently manage daily tasks and responsibilities. Essential Skills + 1-4 years of experience as a Tube Mill Operator in a manufacturing facility. + Basic troubleshooting knowledge of tube mill machinery. + Ability to read and interpret setup sheets. + Proficiency in using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and tape measures. + Experience with machine operation and changeovers. + Blueprint reading skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1 year of experience operating a tow motor. + Ability to work with computer programs such as the Plex program. + Experience as a cut off operator or end welder. The facility maintains comfortable temperatures with open dock doors and fans during warmer seasons. The position is on the 1st shift, operating from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay rates are determined based on experience and candidate needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
