Our client, a prominent healthcare organization in Center City, is seeking a contract-to-hire Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team! This position requires the candidate to speak fluent Spanish in relation to customer's questions and support for their claims and additional inquiries.

About You:

High school diploma or GED requiredBilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written fluency)Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environmentExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusProven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
