Job Description Insight Global is seeking a senior intelligence expert with prior U.S. government or DoD experience to serve as a Senior Joint Intelligence Planner SME in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on supporting joint and theater-level intelligence planning, especially in contingency and crisis operations, while working closely with interagency and partner organizations. The position requires someone skilled in briefing senior leaders, developing strategic intelligence products, and integrating intelligence activities across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic intelligence planning support for campaigns, contingencies, and crisis actions. Participate in mission analysis and joint planning groups to ensure intelligence integration. Deliver executive-level briefings and prepare senior leader talking points. Support development of intelligence policy, strategy, and plans across joint and interagency environments. Draft and coordinate staff actions, taskings, and data responses. Deconflict and synchronize intelligence activities across organizations. Skills and Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance. Previous experience in a U.S. intelligence organization (DoD, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, etc.). Strong background in joint and contingency intelligence planning. Proven ability to brief senior leaders (O-6/GS-15+). Expertise in intelligence policy, strategy, and planning. Familiarity with Identity Intelligence (I2). Experience working with DoD, interagency, and foreign partners. Excellent communication skills and policy modernization experience.
