We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our team, supporting the development of AI processes within the Trusts & Estates Practice. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Data Owners, Technology and Front Office teams to drive product development, ensure quality delivery, and support user adoption.

Job responsibilities

Collaborate with Product and Data Owners to develop, refine, and prioritize requirements based on business needs and stakeholder feedback. Assist in developing JIRA stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to facilitate effective product development and delivery. Coordinate with the Technology team to monitor progress on product enhancements, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. Support feature testing by creating detailed test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results to ensure product quality and reliability. Collect and analyze feedback from front office issuers to identify opportunities for product improvement and increased user satisfaction. Assist in providing training and support to front-end users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of product features.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. 7+ years of experience in data science, product management, business analysis, or related roles (preferably in technology or financial services)  Experience in Agile Methodology - Ability to write user stories representing business requirements, and test new products or product enhancements Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across businesses lines and key support functions Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint Drive data reporting to Senior Management (recurring and ad-hoc) Highly motivated, results-oriented, client and team focused Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
