**Job Description Summary**
Manage and support Trust Asset Managers in managing portfolios consisting of commercial assets on behalf of the client as an owner while fulfilling the manager's obligations under the terms of the governing document management agreement to ensure OCC and Federal Regulatory standards and practices are observed and while managing a portfolio of assets held in investment and trust accounts.
**Job Description**
Oversees team in monitoring annual OCC and Federal regulatory compliance requirements as applicable to the assigned commercial real estate portfolio.
Maintain oversight of the monthly and annual compliance and regulatory deadlines for asset reviews, inspections, and triennial valuations.
Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and team members to develop a complete understanding of the client's needs to promote, enhance, and expand existing client relationships.
Utilize fiduciary knowledge, experience, and resources to recognize problems and provide solutions, guiding sensitive and difficult client situations to a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Oversees team in managing a diverse book of business with various account types.
Form effective working relationships and networks with client, vendors, contractors, third-party property managers, appraisers, brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely and superior completion of all projects and deliverables.
Assign accounts to Asset Managers to ensure relationships are managed according to fiduciary policies and procedures.
Review and approve expenditures per established authority level.
Review, approve, and execute leases, listing agreements, purchase sales agreements, easement agreements, etc., within established authority level.
Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in various stages with aggressive deadlines and timelines.
Perform other related duties as required or requested.
**Qualifications Required:**
Proven track record in leading a team in managing complex portfolios and strategic planning.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or master’s in real estate preferred.
Professional Experience:7-15 years in commercial real estate asset management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and market trends. Expertise in lease, sale, and acquisition negotiations.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong relationship-building with stakeholders (vendors, contractors, property managers, appraisers, brokers, clients).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement real estate strategies. Strong problem-solving and strategic recommendation skills.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for property inspections, client meetings, and internal meetings.
