As an Analyst within the Trusts & Estates team, you will assist in fiduciary administration tasks and support the US team. You will execute instructions for account maintenance and prepare financial documents. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute instructions for opening and maintaining bank accounts.Prepare subscription and redemption requests for investments.Update and maintain financial transaction databases.Dispatch introductory packages to trust parties.Draft letters for credit requests and terminations.Report stakeholder status updates for activities.Coordinate with US team for fiduciary tasks.Analyze data for financial reporting.Ensure compliance with legal standards.Facilitate communication with trust parties.Support team in achieving operational goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in Financial Services.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.Communicate effectively in written and oral forms.Organize tasks efficiently and manage time.Analyze financial data accurately.Understand legal and tax concepts.Collaborate with international teams.
