**Job Title: Truck Shop Mechanic**
**Job Description**
Join a dedicated team of experienced mechanics in a shop setting, focusing on the maintenance and repair of Ford Diesel Trucks, Diesel Forklifts, Sweepers, and Delivery Trucks. Collaborate with two seasoned professionals, each with over 15 years of experience, and contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of essential equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on Ford Diesel Trucks, Diesel Forklifts, Sweepers, and Delivery Trucks.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot engine and transmission issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
+ Work with power tools to execute repairs on brakes, engines, and other mechanical components.
+ Engage in hydraulic and heavy equipment maintenance tasks.
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in diesel maintenance and repair.
+ Skilled in hydraulics and heavy equipment handling.
+ Experienced in engine diagnostics and transmission repair.
+ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
+ Knowledge of power tools and brake repair.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Diesel Mechanic Certification or Automotive Technology Degrees or Certifications are advantageous.
+ Possession of a CDL is beneficial, with support available to obtain it if not already held.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
