**Job Title: Truck Loader** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Truck Loader to join our team. The role involves preparing and loading trucks with stairs and parts efficiently and securely. This position is integral to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. **Responsibilities** + Load trucks with stairs and parts using a hand cart. + Read and comprehend stair paperwork. + Securely strap stairs in order of delivery stops. + Stack box trucks and trailers by hand, occasionally up to two levels high. + Double-check loads for quality and verify all stairs and parts are present. + Ensure trucks are completed daily before leaving. **Essential Skills** + Experience in loading and unloading. + Proficiency with a pallet jack. + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. + Strong reading skills in English. + Attention to detail and general labor skills. **Work Environment** The work environment is a controlled setting that requires physical activity such as standing, walking, and heavy lifting up to 100 lbs. Employees must wear steel-toed boots for safety. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
